After setting box office records during his run in the spring, actor and model Tyson Beckford is returning as guest host to Chippendales at the Rio from Aug. 27 through Sept. 27.

“Las Vegas couldn’t get enough of Tyson,” said Kevin Denberg, Chippendales managing partner, in a press release today. “He completely embraced the role and thrived on the energy and excitement of the crowd, making him a huge hit.”

“Fans of Beckford will not leave the show disappointed, as he not only flexes his buff bod throughout the adult-male revue, but also bares his backside in a solo act with a female member of the audience,” we wrote in a Las Vegas Sun review. “Beckford fits like a glove in Chippendales.”

The Beckford buzz really ignited after his sexy dance onstage for new Caesars Palace headliner and longtime friend Mariah Carey went viral last spring, with Carey posting: “We went to Chippendales — Tyson was there! I mean how do you pass that up? It was so fun! What more could we ask for?”

“I had such a blast during my first run with the Chippendales. I’m thrilled to have been asked back,” says Beckford. “Performing with these talented guys, my new brothers, in front of sold-out houses at the Rio was one of the most fun times I have ever had in my career. Ladies: Get ready — I’m coming back!"

Not only is Beckford the latest celebrity to join an exclusive roster of guest hosts that includes Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Ricardo Laguna, Jeff Timmons, Jake Pavelka, Joey Lawrence and Ian Ziering, but Chippendales also offers new features.

Creative Director Bryan Cheatham has given the stage production a fresh take on bringing fantasies to reality. Think “Uptown Funk” meets downtown girls night out. Chippendales also has a new runway, bringing the hunks closer to fans.
