I can’t help it. I love to watch boys everywhere I go – we all do, right? It’s a weakness we’re susceptible to give into at one point in our day. As a self-confessed man watcher, I’ve picked up on a few tips to really get the attention of the boys. They’re easy to do and are so obvious you probably do them without even realizing it. They are:


Lifting your shirt to wipe a bead of sweat off your lip.

Anyone with a gym membership knows how crazy we get when a man lifts his shirt in front of the mirror to wipe a bead of sweat from his upper lip, subtly revealing his abs and sex lines and driving our imaginations wild. It’s not just at the gym – runners do it when they stop at a crosswalk, dog walkers do it on a hot day, constructions workers do it when they’re sweaty enough. It’s an easy way to tease onlookers. Everyone has to have a peek because we’re all curious to see what’s underneath that tank!

Good posture.
 
Maintaining good posture is difficult at first. We always go back to slouching and not giving a f*ck because that’s what’s most comfortable, but trust me, a man with good posture will always be seen in a different light. An aligned spine, chest out, head high, and forward-focused eyes convey confidence, which is highly desirable in first impressions. A confident man will always have power over the rest of the crowd – it’s an easy way to show how much you value yourself without uttering a word.

I love it when guys flex and stretch at the same time with their arms behind their neck, then reaching to the sky revealing the edge of their bicep – you know I’m not the only one that stares! Let’s get real here. Any kind of stretching is always going to get attention – leg stretching, yoga, neck rolling. It’s all beautiful.

Eye contact is always going to be sexy, but if there’s one thing sexier, it’s the hair. Whether you’re styling it, combing it or running your fingers through it, it sets our imagination to full gear.
