Take a look at the video I filmed of this unique hamstring curl exercise I like to do. This exercise is great to do if you would prefer to just use your bodyweight to train your hamstring. It’s also great to do if you are getting sick of waiting on the leg curl machine. Be careful when performing this exercise though as you don’t want to fall on your face. ; )
