(EVENING WORKOUT) Weight Distribution on Calves for Better Results!

Here is a great exercise for your calves that should help to shock those lower legs for results. By adjusting the angle in which your calves lift the weight you can cause different sections of the calve muscles to fire. This is a great way to switch things up and get results.
